Many customers will be curious about why digital samples and mass-produced finished products have different quotations. The two use completely different printing and production processes, and there will be differences in appearance, ink characteristics, and finished product stability. The following is a detailed explanation:
1.Printing equipment is different from ink Digital samples are printed using a digital color inkjet machine; mass production is produced using a German UV printing machine. The ink formulas used by the two are different. The digital sample screen will be visually brighter, but the ink adhesion is weak and may fall off if lightly scratched. The ink of bulk UV printing penetrates into the material, and the printing layer is firm and difficult to scrape off.
2.Background color performance The white background of the finished product will be whiter and more uniform than the digital sample. The white background of digital samples is prone to slight color difference and cannot achieve the stability of mass products.
3.Differences in creasing and creasing processes Digital samples belong to the cutting process, and the production pressure is small, so the pressure line position is easy to turn white and produce fine creases; the position of the product may also be slightly deviated when folded in half. Mass-produced goods are stamped using a special creasing machine, and the creasing lines are smooth and smooth. After folding, the finished product has neat lines and a straighter shape.
4.Finished product folded in half The digital sample will be slightly fluffy after being folded in half, and the neatness of the folded edges is limited; the large-scale product is stamped with a fixed die, and after folding in half, it will be smooth and conformable, with higher consistency.
5.Firmness of hot stamping process The digital sample is only used as a reference sample. The hot stamping effect has insufficient adhesion. Please store the sample carefully after receiving it to avoid damage. The hot stamping process for mass production goes through the standard production process, and the finished product is strong and durable.
6.Overall workmanship precision Limited by the proofing process, the details of the digital sample will be slightly rougher than the finished product.
⚠️Important remarks: Since the printing equipment and ink systems are completely different, there will be a certain degree of color difference between the digital sample and the finished product. The digital sample is only used as a reference for patterns and layouts.Cannot be used as a color standard for bulk products.
